Terrible product failed in a couple of month after a few times of usage. I was offered to buy insurance on amazon but the insurance company said it does not cover. I called taotao the manufacturer at least 5 times but no one ever pick up the call. Poor customer service and product, don’t buy it!!!!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This ATV is Awesome, My Son Loves it, the Only issue I had which wasn't from the ATV itself but from the the Carrier but at the end I got an Awesome ATV for my Son, this is the most money I have ever spent on Amazon, and I'm here to tell you Amazon and Smart Deals Now rock, I would refer Other people to them on here !!, Update, Smart deals now made the delay worth it by sending a Free helmet and goggles and gloves for my Son, I Would recommend the seller to anyone, Thanks Sara for Everything !!

Love this!! I do not usually do reviews but I do read them before I purchase. This is a great 4wheeler!! My son is 5/6 year old. I added A picture so you can see the size of it. It’s tough looking too!! He was so excited! He will be able to grow into it. I originally ordered the red but they were out so black was our backup color. I am Really happy the red was out of stock. We love the black.....AND I must add that I had a few calls with the company’s customer service staff(due to the holidays and the backup color). They were great!!!!!!!!! And so was the customer service staff with the shipping company!!! I’m 💯 happy with the whole process and the product! I hope This helps you! :)

If I could give this zero stars I would. I Purchased 2 atvs for Christmas and so far I'm less than impressed, 1 worked and one did not, my husband is pretty mechanically inclined and after some tinkering discovered we received one with a bad starter, (never got it to start) I've got a pretty disappointed son who has yet to enjoy his gift, and for 700$ I'd expect to at least be able to use it once!!! I've tried contacting the company with no response, buyer definitely beware!

Customer Service sucks. Wanted to charge $75 to replace parts that went out after a few hours of ride time. (Same parts found online MUCH cheaper than what they want to charge). Instead of standing behind their product and sending replacement parts (that I would have to replace after 4 months) they want to charge an arm and a leg and make an unhappy customer. I would not recommend!

I can’t give enough praise for this ATV and also from the seller Moto Pro. I Purchased this ATV for my son‘s 13th birthday to replace his 36V battery powered ATV. Moto Pro responded to emailed questions I had and the ATV shipped quickly and was packaged very well. It arrived Inside a metal crate that protected the ATV and there were absolutely no damages scratches or dents. Assembly was not difficult, but remember to lubricate the chain. The chain and sprockets are heavy duty and the chain is about as thick as the chain on my motorcycle. Once I was finished with assembly it started right up. I took it for a ride so I could adjust the speed limiter before having my son ride it. I weigh 195 pounds and it had absolutely no difficulty driving me around. This ATV does have a lot of power. I’ve seen videos and reviews of people saying they bought it for their five-year-old child. If buying for a younger child I would recommend adjusting the speed before use. The speed limiter will let you slow the speed down quite a bit but when it’s opened up all the way it is very fast. I’m fairly mechanically inclined and I’m very impressed with the build of this ATV. You will have more than enough power for your child and it has no problems keeping speed up with an adult rider. When I originally was shopping for an ATV I was looking for the Tao Tao 110cc quad. I had seen this ATV referred to as the Tao Tao110cc but also saw it referenced as an ice bear. I asked Moto Pro and they told me it was the Tao Tao 110cc Boulder, but when it arrived the instructions are calling it a Coolster amd the foam pad on the handlebars also says Coolster. That really doesn’t bother me at all because after assembling this ATV and taking it for a ride I’m extremely impressed with it. If you are looking for a 110cc ATV you will not be disappointed with this model.
