Excellent — the best shower spray I’ve purchased! I’ve tried more expensive ones before, but this one stands out for its **great value and quality**. It’s also **very easy to use**. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t even install this T-valve. The part that connects to the toilet has only two flat edges instead of a proper hex nut with six flat sides. That makes it almost impossible to grip with a wrench — especially in the tight space between the toilet and the wall. I tried everything, but there was no way to get it on properly.To make it worse, the product video is misleading. It shows someone easily tightening a completely different part with six flat sides — that’s not what I received. This was just a waste of money. I had to remove it, buy a proper T-valve with a real hex nut, and now I’m waiting to install that one instead.

Great sprayer head, used with a standard hose and wall mount, but I have fitted a valve to slow the flow a little. Spray pattern is great though, and the body/lever design is very functional. Quality is brilliant

I've bought about 3 bidets from this store. While i found the installation easy and had no issues using it daily.I did notice that after a couple of months, probably about 7 months or so, they all start to leak, which most likely means the washers that comes with it are not of great quality
