Clear, Easy to use, Comfortable
I just got this the other day. Man. I love it. I'm using with my Iphone an home to make cold calls. I'm on the phone a lot so I need something easy to use. The instructions suck but it was easy to figure out. To connect the bluetooth just HOLD DOWN the bluetooth button for a sec and you will see it pop up on your list. Calls where very clear and for the price. I would highly recommend it.

Getting mute to work can be tricky
Pretty good, very comfortable I do have to have 1 of my ears partially out so I can hear myself. Only real complaint is the mute function I have to make sure it works every morning b4 starting which usually means unplugging the usb and power off and bk on the headset. Also disconnecting from my phone just being hooked to pc then mute works fine. But sound quality is good and love being able to walk around

Clear and Comfortable
This is a great headset. Works great, very clear. Super comfortable compared to any others I have had, light weight and soft ear pads. Installation was plug and play. The price is very good compared to others too.

Still picks up noise cancellation
Great headset, however it does pick up background noise, to be completely honest I would return it if I could, I usually buy poly, however I wanted to see if this was better the noise cancellation, not in the least

Nice but not easy to connect
Very nice feel on the ears, wish I could have gotten them to connect easier. I needed plug and play, these required more work to connect than I have time for (needed them for a wfh job).
