I used this product for the first time today. It will be perfect to take while traveling. The power is good. Water reservoir is small so it required to fill it up 3 times to do my mouth. The larger one I have for daily use has a power setting from 1 to 10 and this one one has hard or soft so that will take a little getting used to. I would recommend this product especially for travel. I still like my big one for everyday use though.

I have used this brand for 6 years, and replace it about every 2 years. This new version is improved with several water flow tube attachments that now screw in instead of push in. I still love the sleek and compact design, as well as the portability. It is MUCH better than the giant water piks that use up all of your counter space.

I purchased this item to help floss between my braces. I was pleasantly surprised by the power and amount of water dispersed at one time. I find that I can barely floss the top row before my mouth is full of water which is good. I love the size (as I know this was designed for travel) I use it daily. I like that the bottom isn’t “fat” so that it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It really does meet my expectations and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Bought in Aug 2024 and it gave out already. It’s charged the lights indicating power come on but no water spots out anymore. Loved the pressure and the travel accessibility component but smh unfortunately it doesn’t last

I've actually purchased two of the exact same flosser, I was so pleased the first few months of using my own I gifted one. Unfortunately, both of these flossers became useless and would not hold the plastic tips for any length of time when this is even in use at its lowest setting. The plastic tip just shoots off the holder and you'll be left drenched by this pulsating water.The idea and concept is great; it's compact, looks nice and will work- until the 6th month. Then the unit won't hold those tips at all. I've tried holding on to them with my free hand while flossing but it still shoots the tip off, so powerful is the pulse. I wanted this to work correctly, and even tried contacting the manufacturer for replacement tips but was asked in an email to send photos of what was happening (what? Ive clearly told you what the problem was) and when I replied I just wanted to purchase replacement tips, I got the same email asking for photos of "the problem." The address for repair or sending the unit was a Chinese address, and no, I'm not going to send this to them to "repair." It's plastic, it shouldn't be having this problem with BOTH units and there's nothing to send pictures of, I told you what the problem was.I paid around $35 for each one and I have to say this was a waste. It looks great, it works great, for the first few months. But that plastic holder for those tips will break off or lose their grip, rendering this flosser pretty and useless.For the price, I'd take my chances with another one that has better reviews with customer service that doesn't ask for photos "of the problem" and can't sell or doesn't have replacement tips. Frustrating, as it really is compact and worked so well for those first few months.
