AMZPET3-in-1 Dog Car Seat Cover - Hammock, Back Seat Cover and Boot Liner - Scratch-Proof with Seat Belt Tether

This is the second Dog Cover we have bought, the first sadly tore but this was a different brand and also in fairness to it it was over 18 months old during which time it took a lot of abuse. I picked this one up based on the reviews and also it has the added bonus of side flaps which also double up as cradle sides which the predecessor we had did not, and that meant a fair amount of crud and dirt was reaching the sides of the seats.We have a Cockapoo, its a medium sized whirlwind of energy that bounces in and around the back seat at will, often trying to clamber into the front and most usually caked in mud, water and anything else it can roll around in.The Good* We have a medium sized VW Jeep type thing, a T-Roc, its basically a VW Golf with bigger wheels i think, this cover does protect the whole of the back seat with ease, the straps fit nice and snugly to the rear seats whilst the loops fit to the front seats no problem and there is not a great deal of slack. I would check the size out if you have a much larger car however.* The build quality seems to be excellent, the stitching is reinforced, it is quilted, made of tough feeling cordura type fabric. Whilst we have only had it for a few weeks its taken everything the Cockapoo has chucked at it.* We havent had to wash it yet, i hope and believe it will stand up to a light machine wash, so we have only brushed or vacuumed the cover and a couple of wet wipes here and there. In the winter this will change as more and more mud accumulates on the pooch but for the moment its been very easy to brush off or simply remove and shake out the debris once home.* The cover comes with a free Seatbelt Dog Clip. we already have a few but its always useful to have another as they get moved from car to car or if we loan the dog to one of our parents we can give them a spare so thats an added bonus.* I guess the most important aspect is whether the dog is happy with it. I can only say post walk she is off to sleep as fast as she was on the previous cover, she doesnt seem anxious at all or restless so it would appear she is happy and its comfortable, that said she often sleeps upside down on the patio so who knows! The cover does provide a nicely sized barrier between the front and the back compartments which is important as she does like to push down to get her nose into the front seats, and if she isnt belted in then the nose is followed by the rest of the body!The Could be Slightly Better* I bought this because the previous cover we had did not offer any side protection so we found as the dog was getting into the car she often muddied the seats just above the door sills, we eventually put towels under neath to help with this but that obviously isnt a permanent fix. This cover comes with side covers, which also double up as cradle sides iff you wish to protect the side doors and windows of your car.The only slight niggle is that the side covers are fairly big as per the pictures, they have to be folded into the car and often we are having to re-tuck them into place. This is a tiny niggle as its a one size fits many cover, that also has a dual function, i wouldnt mark it down any stars though, it really is the only improvement i can think of for this!With a lot of reviews i revisit after several months or even a years use of a product so will do that with this to check its durability but based on what i have seen thus far i am not expecting any issues but if i did then AMZ Pets declaration to ensure first class customer service seems a good starting point.Overall this is so far a brilliant cover, its tough, durable, well manufactured, it has features not found on some of the competing products, its keeps the car nice and clean and most importantly it has the dogs seal of approval too.Highly Recommended. Five Stars.

Excellent purchase. It exceeded my expectations, and is great value at 12.99. Used to protect the backseat of a rental car while we explored the Peak District with a spaniel who has a penchant for muck and dirt. He also loved jumping into the backseat with this car cover and curled right up. Surprisingly easy to install/remove, literally seconds and you're ready to go. Can't speak to how well it holds up in the wash as we've not washed it yet but seems durable enough to hoover in the meantime.

It is brilliant for any dog size it makes them feel safe. It is good quality and value for money.

Great product. Really easy to install and anchor in position. Looks really smart too! As I expected it’s a bit wide for my MINI convertible and the seatbelt access is in slightly the wrong place (due to the mini only having 2 rear seats not 3) but it’s more than workable, although I would say I’m using it in the simple seat cover configuration and not the hammock style (again due to it being a 3 door car). The bonus dog seatbelt gives a bonus but if safety for travelling too and fits my MINI seatbelt clips perfectly. I haven’t given any feedback on cleaning and durability as it’s only day 1 but it looks well made and strong. Looking forward to taking the pooch for a spin!

It's easy to put in the car, easy to wipe down after a wet dog has been on it!! Good quality for the price!

This is a revelation. It was so easy to fit. The anchor handles work! I've tried so many of these covers. I have 2 springers, Scout & Dexter...Dexter will not normally stand still. But with this..he sits so nicely. I suspect he feels more secure and he can see me.The zip up sides are firm and stay in place. Scout likes to rest her head on it and look out of the window! The other great thing about the zip up sides is that when unzipped they naturally fall and protect the inner door from dog claw scratches and mud.Fitting seat belts is easy as there are velcro holes.I used to put my dogs in the boot/trunk. I feel so much better having them secure on the backseat.This product is durable, easy to use, easily adjustable and keeps dog fur off everything! Haven't washed it yet..but for the price, I'll be buying another one so that I always have one if the other's being washed.I have tried SO MANY of these types of covers - this one sctually works.It comes with 1 seat belt, but I actually bought 2 harnesses with seat belts. Again amazing.Anyways....buy this. It works. Dog claws won't get through it. Dogs feels safer and are closer to me. Although I've not washed it, I have sponged dirt off and that was simple.They should be charging double what they are for this product.For ref..I own a Nissan Quasqai and this fits great. Its adjustable where it needs to be.10/10.

Fits lovely and does not slide around like others I have tried! Good quality and comfy for my little pooch!

Brilliant quality material….. all the hooks and zips are good quality and all my dogs hairs are on this cover rather than on my car seats 🐾
