I bought this to put on my shop to light up my back yard. The only problem I have with the light, and this includes all LEDs I have seen, is the wiring. The wires are too short, it's a easy fix though. I take the back off of the light, cut the wire loose and replace with a longer piece of a extention cord. Just be sure to look up European wiring.As for the light it's self I have no problem. The mount will either need a type of lag bolt or screw it in and put large washers over the screws. Light travels over 50 feet. And is truly 130 degree flood light. I'm very impressed and love that they are so cheap to use. Do your self a favor and pick up a photocell to automatically turn them off in the morning.

Bright, cheap and gets the job done. Wired mine into where the backyard porch light was and dang! I can see now. It's great! It has been up for a few months and no problems. I bought 2 of these initially and loved them so much I only hung one and I kept the second for a shop light to drag around in the garage while working on cars because it does not put out the heat that the halogen light did and it's twice as bright, have not had an issue! And I did not receive a dad-gum thing for this review. Amazon really needs to limit that crap

The light is very bright but the cord is badly placed in that it sticks right out the bottom and the cord/pass-through combination hit the surface they sit on well below the frame of the unit. Thus, it pivots at this point and tips. This could have simply been solve by putting the cord through the back or bringing it out the side. I re-engineered the unit and fixed it but this involved disassembly and drilling holes. I added a switch while I was at it - much more convenient than just plugging it in and standard on most shop lights. The switch came from Amazon and cost less than a dollar but, again, this was something that could have been designed in for mass production rather than retro-fitted. Further, when I took it apart, I found that the ground wire was not connected to anything and I fixed that also. Finally, when I took it apart, I got the impression that the large glass front piece was just plain (rather than safety) glass. I am very concerned with this breaking in a normal work environment (in fact - this is why I went to all the trouble of the retro-fit). It is bright and well machined.- just not thoughtfully designed. I like to tinker and saw ways to improve this light but it took some real time. I would not recommend it and would not purchase it again.

I will purchase more of these babies. Quick service and well made product. I used this to light a large tree for Christmas decorations and the tree really stood out and looked awesome. These are really bright. Halogen and incandescent floods are wimpy compared to these. I plan on mounting them inside my garage after Christmas to replace my standard flood light for much better work/task lighting.

I purchased this light to replace another that was less than amazing. Overall, I was very pleased with this light. I took a star off for the crooked positioning of the LEDs. However, this has a beefy mounting bracket and excellent illumination. Would happily recommend for price and quality. I will update if anything changes.

Not a bad light for the money but has one important drawback. No off-on switch. So you have to plus this in every time you use it. I am using for over bench lighting and can easily plug it in when needed but this would be a real negative if you did not have an outlet close by. The cord is about 2 feet long, so again, probably less than perfect for many. The light is bright and has worked fine so far.

Very bright. I use two of these to light up the front of a two story 4 br house. I also have others for the sides. They make the house look majestic. I had only one burnout after about 3-4 years but this is with burning 8-12 hours a night every day. I replaced it with the same product since I was so happy with its performance. We have harsh winter weather and very hot and humid summers. I disassembled the burned out light but found no evidence of water getting inside. Good solid light for reasonable price.

I love these I have them on a timer, they are by my deck and gazebo, I have two of them, and they light the whole ground up, we have skunks around and they stay away with the lights.I also have two more in the other part of the yard and on a timer dusk to dawn, they really are great for the price.
