I grabbed a pack of Sargento Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, and let me tell you, this stuff brings the heat! It’s the perfect balance of creamy and spicy, with just enough kick to make you feel like you’re living on the edge of flavor without setting your mouth on fire.The slices are thick enough to hold up to sandwiches, but not so thick that you’re chewing forever. I threw a few slices on a burger, and it instantly took it from “meh” to “WOW.” If you like a little spice in your life but don’t want to be crying into your plate, this is the cheese for you.The only problem? I have to keep reminding myself that it’s supposed to be for the sandwiches—not just eaten straight from the fridge while I stand there contemplating my life choices.

These are a family favorite. They’re a quality cheese with perfect thickness for sandwiches and they melt great. It was fresh and tasted great and was a good value for the money. We like to dip the grilled cheese sandwiches in a bit of jam. It’s so good!
