I have taken these pills for sometime. They are good for you and successful.

Can't say I've ever had any better than this. My body isn't able to retain Vitamins the same way most people's body can and after years of searching, these have finally done the trick. I feel energetic and am as healthy as a horse. I know they are more expensive than most brands but you don't put a price on wellbeing.

I started taking these following a bout of glandular fever. I have always been very cynical about supplements, but felt I had to try something to nurse me back to health. Initially I wasn't sure if I was feeling better because I was just getting over the GF....but after taking these supplements now for over 8 months I can absolutely confirm they are keeping me healthy!I have tried to reduce the daily amount and also tried to take them every other day.....but as soon as I do, I can start to feel a sniffle or sore throat coming on. I have tried this three times now, so definitely not a coincidence.Yes they are expensive, but I am self employed and cannot afford to be ill. I lost over £1000 of business when I had GF, so this is a small price to pay.

These multivitamins are my all time favourite. I have taken them for over a year. I take one a day - 2 when I'm feeling tired or unwell - and they give me so much energy. I can feel their effect on my wellbeing and happiness too. They're a little more expensive than some multivitamins but they are very much worth it! They're natural and whole food too, so no nasties.They are big tablets, so caution to anyone not good at swallowing pills, but I'd say they're a fairly standard size for multivitamins.

How do you analyse the benefits of taking the vitamins, that being stated they're good and we assume beneficial to our health and well being.

This tablet was introduce to me by a friend and my wife purchased it last year in Houston and we've been using it since. To my suprise it has help her during the summer when she stop using her frequent snizing tablets hay fever, it's just so perfect that source of life gold work without contributing towards hay fever tablets. The only negative thing is the size of the tablets, but we're now using the mini tabs which works the same way, my next trial will be the chewable.
