I honestly didn’t know how much I needed these until I got them. This 3-piece glass vacuum seal container set has completely leveled up how I store leftovers, meal prep, and keep produce fresh. The containers feel super sturdy and high-quality — none of that flimsy plastic nonsense — and I love that they’re made of actual glass (bonus points for being easy to clean and not retaining odors!).I’ve used them with my handheld vacuum sealer and they work perfectly. It’s super satisfying to hear the little whoosh as the air gets sucked out. Things like cut fruit, soups, and even chopped herbs are staying fresher way longer than they did in regular containers.Sizes are just right, too — the small is great for snacks or half-used veggies, medium for lunch portions, and the large is perfect for batch cooking. These work great. I only wished they were bigger in size for the price, but I do like they are glass and not plastic.

The Chef Preserve system overall has changed how I purchase and store fresh foods. I purchased this extra set of the glass containers for soft fruits and greens; the bags would have crushed these items. The only reason I took away a star is that there have been a few mis-fires where it couldn't seal the item and I had to mess with the rubber seal to make sure it was in the correct position to allow the sealer to suck out the air. Once I did that, it worked fine.

These containers are great, and the lids are sturdy enough to last years.

Nice containers but you MUST have a Chefs Preserve pump to use them. Guess I'll have to get a CP pump....After writing this review I was contacted by a company rep and after a short discussion we came to an agreement as to why I had written this. The problem was solved and all turned out great for everyone. Therefore, I am changing my review to highly recommending this product as it works excellently.Sorry for confusion to anyone.

They work great. But they are wayy to small for the price

These containers are amazing. The quality is outstanding the glass is much thicker than regular glass containers. You can freeze them, microwave them, or even put them in the oven, which is incredible! I use them to keep my liquid foods fresh, and they do the job perfectly. They’re super airtight so much so that if you try to open one without releasing the seal, you won’t be able to. Once it’s sealed, it stays sealed until you break the seal yourself. I love this product!
