I was hesitant to buy these as I know a lot of these things make claims that aren't true but after using these for around a week now I can happily say these do work. I usually take them in the mornings and they keep me energised throughout until the afternoon, not feeling hungry at all. I would definitely give these a go to see if they work for you!

Been using this for 2 weeks already. It's just working. Going to basketball training each morning and it really helps to manage the energy levels and shed some pounds. I've tried many different T5 and T6 products from different suppliers for many years now (for work) and these do a good job for the price. I noticed a pick up in mood, energy and focus within 15 minutes of taking 1 and it lasted for a couple of hours. Just remain hydrated! Ideally with water, Monster if you need a massive boost)) just make sure you've a strong heart if taking with energy drinks!! I will definitely order more.

As above really, I thought these could not work, but they have helped me.I had taken only the 1 a day in the morning and it helps with not feeling hungry.I would suggest not drinking coffee while using these just incase. Had no issues with an upset stomach.Also, these pills will not be a miracle cure, I use a rower machine for cardio and they just work.I lost a stone rather fast and a jean size. Will purchase again.

I’ve brought both day and night and only just recently started to use them so I cannot comment on if they work or not. I’m hoping they do what they say on the package
