Not the sellers fault. This particular bluetooth technology did not keep up with Windows 10. For these older Dell Laptops IF you want to bluetooth get a dongle. For 11 bucks thought I'd give it a shot. Didn't work out. Did not do refund as this is on me, not the seller.

COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10. Also, using this in a Dell e6500 allows me to type on and use a mouse with my Lg G Flex which was a new experience. You can also beam music from your phone to your laptop speakers if you so desire.

I have a Dell Studio 17 Laptop. Installing this was simple, although you will need a compatible screw to secure the chip to the laptop shell. Works great with my bluetooth mouse, keyboard, android phone, and nexus tablet.Seller was quick and I had no issues.

Installed this product in less than five minutes. Went Dell's web site and downloaded the Bluetooth driver firmware, started add device and the rest is history. Great!!!!!!

Arrived defective and would not be recognized installed in the full mini pcie slots of three (Acer, Dell, HP) different laptops..

Works as expected. Perfect fit for my Dell Precision.
