歯形を作るのに苦労
以前筋トレをしていたら歯を食いしばって歯が欠けてしまったのでマウスピースを購入しました。マウスピースをつける際に熱湯で柔らかくしてから歯形を作るのですがうまく成型するのに苦労しました。一度成形してしまえばもう必要ないので最初だけ大変です。マウスピースをつけてからは歯の心配をせずに力を入れられるようになったのでストレスが減りました。

柔らかさ、喋りやすさは問題ないけど、歯茎の裏側に当たって痛い。

お湯で温めて歯で噛んで自分用にしますが、難しいです。がっちり型をつけてしまうと、もう修正できません

全体的に大きいな～。トレーニング用に買ったけど、ダンベルおろす時に歯から浮いたな〜。浮いたら意味無いよな〜。
