Gentle, great smell, and not harsh.
Pleasantly surprised by this face wash. It’s gentle, and smells great. I received it as part of a subscription box, and bought two more bottles for myself after trying it. I’ve tried almost every product out there (extremely sensitive skin) and this didn’t even bother my skin during the first week transition period. I’m on month 2 with it and can’t find a single drawback.

Great product, bad shipping
The product itself is great, but be wary of ordering through Amazon. The boxed item was mailed via USPS in a bubble pack envelope and was damaged. Luckily the tube was dented but not punctured so it's still usable.
