Q: After this has set, how hard is it if you have to remove the pipe later on?

It removes pretty easy and adds very little additional force over removing the standard fitting. This stuff is great as a pipe joint sealer. You can get the "cheap stuff" at the big box store, but this stuff is more expensive and "you get what you pay for". This material doesn't "glue" the joint. It contains teflon and only seals the joint threads. I've used the cheap stuff and had the pipe leak and then used this stuff and it sealed. I give it a thumbs up and use it exclusively.

Q: "slow drying," how long does it take to dry?

I know it takes a while to dry. I apply a generous amount to the threads screw the connection together and turn on the water. I never worry about it it’s dry or not.

Q: can it be removed from clothes anyway?

I think it will wash out. Never tried. It will take treating it prior to washing. It resists water, therefore you will need to use alcohol, paint thinner or a solvent in my opinion.

Q: Can this be used with fuel systems?

I'm not sure. There may be something better on the market. Fuel may dissolve this material.
