Nice pen
It is a good looking sleek writing instrument.The ballpoint is smooth and quality of ink is good.I realised that expensive brands like Sheaffer, Cross, Waterman, Caran d'Ache and others start to malfunction quickly, don't write well and tend to get stolen.

Great.
Its a great product. Suitable for small and medium sized hands, very sleek. I was initially thinking of buying a gold or silver one but settled for this one because the black is elegant and the matte texture of black and gold trim just triples the beauty of the pen. It writes smooth over all an A1 product. I have added Images so you might get a look on how it looks in a medium sized hand.PS: Cloudtail never disappoints you

Good Quality pen but refill is not good
Pen finish is very premium and I loved it but the refill quality is not as expected, planning to change the refill.

Low quality…no warranty…no help from amazon
The button on the pen stopped working in 3 month. Build quality seems questionable. This is a fine ball point..,a bit too fine.Contacted Amazon and they shared an email of the manufacturer for warranty. Turns out the email address is wrong.Contacted Amazon again….no help.Regret the purchase from Parker and from Amazon.
