Months ago, out of nowhere, a stubborn hard brown dark sentiment/stain appeared at the bottom of my toilet bowl - it was mortifying. Impossible to remove with a Pumice Stone, tried bleach, tried Diet Coke (maintenance man recommended)... months went by and I almost gave up, until I decided to try this stuff. Two words: BLOWN AWAY... I poured 1/3 the bottle, let it sit for hours, took the pumice to it ... some improvement but not enough... so then I poured the remaining 2/3 of the bottle and went off to work ... figured “let it sit and work it’s magic”... no joke, came home from the office, took the pumice to it to see what I could loosen up, flushed the toilet and in a blink of an eye, it looked as if my toilet bowl is brand new. All sediment/stain gone. Like it never happened. Before you try any crazy chemicals (which I almost resorted to) give this a shot!!! I was convinced nothing would remove the stains. Note: this is my first product review on Amazon - and it’s becsuse this product worked like Magic. If you have been googling “how to remove brown hard stains at bottom of toilet” (like I was for months), look no further.

This stuff is amazing. I tried every product I could find, to get rid of my insane hard water and rust stains, and finally settled for pumice (which worked fine, but I thought my arm would fall off the next day). I was sure this wouldn't work, but the reviews were good, and my toilets were uglier than any gas station toilets I've ever seen. Seriously. I could say that I wish I'd taken "before" pictures, but I'd be too embarrassed to ever show them.I sprayed about half of the first bottle into the worst toilet in the house, waited half an hour, and went back to check. It looked exactly the same -- I was crushed. Picked up the toilet scrubber and took a swipe, and OMG, IT'S WHITE!! The stains wiped off with zero effort, like magic. There were a few particularly bad spots where I needed to spray the stuff *directly* onto the stain (I didn't empty the water, but blasted the spray directly at the stain, through the water), and I could see it stick and start to bubble away within 10 seconds. The toilet that had been cleaned with pumice most recently, and was only moderately disgusting, didn't require much product and no direct targeting. And it doesn't even smell bad -- it smells like wintergreen. I already ordered more.It's been two weeks, and I still do a double-take every time I see that white porcelain. I'm baffled and thrilled, and horrified to call this a life-changing product. I mean, what kind of lunatic calls a toilet cleaner "life changing?!" But after four years of fighting with this frustrating, embarrassing, gross problem, I finally have a solution.

THIS AD IS FRAUD!! The picture and description shows "Professional Strength". However, if you order this you will receive just regular toilet bowl cleaner. The difference is night and day how they work. Pro Strength is amazing... regular hardly works at all. This is false advertising!! Just know that if you do order this, you will NOT receive what is pictured or described. I just received mine today and am NOT HAPPY!

I bought this product hoping it would remove calcium buildup in the toilet bowl. After following the instructions, I was disappointed that it did not even touch the calcium bowl ring and fill lines from the top of the bowl. Don’t waste money on this product, it does not perform as advertised.

I had a super bad toilet. The scale and buildup was terrible. Left a dark crusty ring around the waters edge- impossible to scrape off! I poured some of this and scrubbed. Then rinsed and poured some more and let it sit for 10-15 minutes and it all started coming away. My toilet is white and pristine now! Love this stuff!

I bought this because it is described as a THICK gel and wanted something that would adhere to the sides of the toilet. This gel was runny and went straight down into the bowl...did not stick at all!

FedEx said they delivered my package at a time when my entire household was home, but they must have delivered it to the wrong address because it certainly didn’t show up here. I attempted to contact reach a human at FedEx, but never could. They insisted they had delivered my package and refused to take any responsibility for leaving it at the wrong address because it wasn’t “signed for”. When I got in touch with Amazon, they immediately gave the option of refund or replacement. Take REFUND! I’m still waiting for an e-mail that my replacement is on the way! I will contact Amazon again, but I was impressed that they were so quick to resolve my situation. If you can, opt to sign for you package if it’s coming from FedEx. For the shipping they charge, they should be taking a photo for every delivery to show proof. Oh yeah, their “proof of delivery” was a PDF that said they delivered it to my address. Really??!!

I've had black hard water deposits under the rim of my toilet forever now. No other cleaner would stick to them long enough to make a difference. This formula sure did the trick. Within 5 minutes of applying it, the deposits began flaking off. They scrubbed off with ease, returning the water flow into my toilet back to what it used to be. I am impressed! Now to get the deposits elsewhere removed! (I haven't applied it to those yet)
