If you already use resistance bands for pilates or at the gym these will far to light for you. They are flimsy with very little resistance

The right band for me
I found the size and strength of resistance just right for me and the band feels strong and comfortable.

Different colour code to Theraband
The product itself is good, but there are a couple of drawbacks. They do have a plastic smell about them, but the main issue for me was the colour coding. I initially bought the grey band, but it was way too strong. Even the Green band is much more resistant than my usual black Theraband. They do have a chart with the weight resistance to be fair, but I assumed they'd be consistent with other makes.

Top quality at an affordable price
My wife uses these bands in her Easy Movers class, which is vibrant chair yoga for men & women to popular music. We have purchased these bands before and they are excellent
