I purchased this drive as I recently purchased a Macbook Pro and it only has USB type C ports, i have an iPhone and send time at our local maker space which uses PC's and USB-A connections. This drive is the best of all worlds for me as you can use it all 3 ways and still have access to your files. Plugging it in to my iphone brings up a message to download an app from the app store, once installed the app was easy to navigate and understand. Macbook was seamless. I have found that for USB-A devices you have to be a little more cautious as i think the sizing is just slightly off due to the incorporated lightning connector.I haven't tested any speeds writing or reading the drive as that doesn't impact my use of the drive, but I also haven't noticed any issues in that regard, the speed seems completely normal to me, but as I mentioned I tend to not need to monitor the speed of the read/write as I use small files.I was impressed with the case. I'm not sure what I was expecting for a company I'd never heard of, however the case is solid metal (likely aluminum) with a anodized type finish. It feels solid, lives on my key chain, gets bumped and banged daily and is no worse for wear after 2 months of use. As it stands right now, if I lost this drive or needed an additional one, I would order another without hesitation. The benefits of the 3-in-1 cannot be overstated.

Just what I wanted

This USB flush memory looks stylish. It works well on my MacBook Pro (USB-A), Windows PC (USB-C), iPhone (lightning) and iPad Pro (lightning). iOS app is easy to use and has enough function for general use. But it some USB-A port of Windows PC in my office did not recognized it, although a conventional one is available. It may be a compatible issue.But on the whole it works without major problems and its transfer speed is enough. At this moment, it is a recommended item if you intend to use USB-A, USB-C and lightning.

I just received mine & it says it’s for iPhone 5 & I pad & it does not fit either, I’m so dissapointed especially as I have waited since October for it to come.

Buen producto, solo espero que actualicen rápido los de CooDisk, ya que con la actualización de IOS 13, se cierra a cada que tratas de borrar una foto desde la app.
