Good product.
The creatine works very well. How you ask? I’m a weight lifter and about to be 30 years old. I been lifting since I was a teenager. Tried creatine before, but never really committed to it because I didn’t like the taste or I just stop because I felt like it wasn’t doing anything.First thing first. Everyone thinks creatine is going to get you bigger muscles. Yes, that is true but that’s not what it’s actually doing. Creatine helps heal your muscles after intense workouts so you can go back to the gym tomorrow and do it all over again. It helps with the soreness, muscle spasms, helps recover your muscles. If you do the research the Dose of creatine is actually pretty high in this brand. A lot more then what the average person may need, especially if your a meat eater. ( if you didn’t already know, you absorb creatine naturally when you meat).I only use this product right after a meal after my workout. Creatine is better absorb when taken with a surgar. To stay healthy you would want a complex sugar such as potatoes, rice, oatmeal. ( complexing surgars are anything that turns to surgar in your body). Some people take creatine with apple juice for on the go.Taste is ok, it hardly dissolves if at all in the water. Personally I don’t really care. I just put it in a small glass of water. Down it real quick. Then I’ll drink a full glasses after.Results- with less soreness I’m able to go to the gym the next day and hit it hard there just as I did the day before. I get bad muscle cramps due to overuse of my muscles and my muscles tend to tense up. Creatine has lowered the chance of that happening. My strength has increased some but in my defense I don’t go to the as much as I would like to. Weight wise I gained about 10 pounds and that’s not me taking it everyday. I went from 180 to 190. Is that the creatine that making me gain weight? i don’t think so, with more intense workouts, you burn more energy and there for become more hungry and build more muscle mass to recover. if you don't want to gain weight then manage you diet to you goals.Well that’s it’s. I hope this helps someone.

Genius Creatine for the Genius but only 25 servings?
This here is a great tasting creatine supplement. But that's not why it deserves 5 stars. It contains everything needed for recovery and performance.I know beta alanine is underdosed here, at 1.6g, but it's usually in pre workouts so the dose is welcomed anyway.I like how it has 3 different forms of creatine, though creatine mono on it's own is sufficient, it's still nice to have.-- Pros:Contains different forms of creatineHalf dosage of beta alanine (great for those who can't stand the tingles!)Astragin for increased absorptionNo sugarGreat tasting---- ConsOnly 25 servings--- OverallI would've been happy with plain creatine mono with more servings. Although the formula is great, and probably perfect for most people due to the half dosage of beta alanine, 25 servings doesn't even last a month if it's used everyday. The upside to that is that you don't need to take creatine everyday to take advantage of it. It lasts longer if taken say 4 times a week or only on workout days.Speaking of which, this would be a great non-stim pre workout, or just add caffeine and you have yourself a great pre workout (both creatine and beta alanine can be taken anytime, doesn't need to be taken pre workout)-----Pro tip:Add 3 to 6g pure citrulline to this and you have yourself a solid pre workout!Add caffeine with theanine if you want stimulants. And / or 500mg to 1g Agmatine for solid mood and pump support.

Clean, smooth and tasteless
So far I noticed less recovery time after playing pickle ball. It’s tasteless and blends completely in my smoothie.

Incredible product
Since I got the creatine I was very impressed with the packaging, at first glance it looks very professional and well made. I always appreciate product presentation. Once I opened it I smelled the aroma of the green apple flavor and it was actually very pleasant. I’ve been taking one scoop post workout for over two weeks now and I still love the flavor. I might even go as far as to say it is one of the best tasting supplements I’ve ever tried! I absolutely love this product and I will definitely be buying a lot more in the near future! As far as performance I felt a big difference in power at the gym. It only took a couple of days for me to really be able to tell the difference due to the creatine hcl which tends to show it effects almost instantly. Overall I feel better and more powerful and my muscles definitely look more full. This is hands down the best creatine supplement I’ve ever tried in my life and it is also the first genius brand product I’ve tried and I’m excited to try so many more! I really believe that these science based products are the future to supplementation and self improvement!

It's decent - they should provide 2 more ounces in the container to make it a better value
I through it in my shake or supplemental drink...can't taste it. It's seems to work...I'm going to try bodybuiding.com's brand and compare....since BB appears to have a better price point.

An ideal blend
Best creatine blend I've tried so far. I'm not a serious athlete by any means, but this does noticeably increase my reps during calisthenics, increases mind-body integration, and seems to provide a marginal boost for distance running, although I haven't tested this rigorously. The lack of caffeine in this blend was the major selling point for me, but the addition of alanine is a nice touch, such that I sometimes even drink this in the morning as a general pick-up rather than coffee. My only complaint is the packaging--for something intended to be consumed frequently, surely it could be packaged in bigger tubs, or even baggies, or really anything that involves less plastic.
