GREAT REPLACEMENT FOR MY UPS
THIS BRAND (CSB) is EXACTLY what APC had in my uninterruptable power supplies (UPS) when I bought them. Since my APC warranty has expired anyway, I saved a lot of money buying the EXACT battery APC uses without the APC label (and without the jacked up price).I have a lot of UPSs. I have never had a problem with CSB batteries, but I have had problems with other brands.I could not find a manufacturer date code on the battery, so I couldn't verify if the seller provided a fresh battery or not. However, I just bought 4 of these batteries and all four tested perfectly in three different UPSs. I have had all four on load for a week since installation without a peep of a problem. Hopefully, they'll last 5 years like the last sets did.I easily recycled my old batteries at one of several locations nearby without mailing them anywhere.

APC OEM uses these batteriesThe CSB GP12170 battery is a great battery. Do not let a seller substitute anything for this battery. It will last longer than any other brand. I have used them for over ten years, and they last. If you are looking for this battery many sellers will tell you they have the equivalent, don't fall for it. The CSB brand is all I will buy after trying several others because I could not find the CSB brand.The CSB GP 12170 is the batteries used in the APC RBC7 OEM battery pack. All you have to do is swap the wiring over and you are set for another 4 to 6 years.
