Great product, well engineered and easily does the job without effort.

Not up to the job, disapointed
The unit seemed to work well on receipt, however when installed on connecting the battery the terminal arced and the control unit failed.I informed the seller directly and thru Amazon (whose customer care was exceptionally good really helpful and friendly) Vendor got back to me saying replacement parts would be dispatched directly.That was 2 weeks ago and nothing to date.I wired the winch directly using an isolation switch, the unit seemed to work ok, after a few times winching my boat onto the trailer, the winch jammed and the spool fractured completely. The synthetic rope tends to bight into itself and gets trapped.I note this line of winches 3000lb and 4500lb seems to be unavailable now, withdrawn??This was very frustrating as I spent a whole day fitting it, fabricating mounting and splash guard on my Polaris Ranger.

Works as it should
Replaced our old snow plow (UTV) with this and it is very neat, good value and easy to install.

Took the plunge and must say it was worth it
Great value for money and great quality equipment also enjoying setting it up - maybe should have spent the extra and bought the 4500 lb

Great little winch
This is the 2nd Rhino winch I have purchased and they are fantastic .Initially all I required it for was to lift and lower a snowplough on my pickup but have used it to haul timber etc as well and it's never let me down once .Its compact enough that I was able to almost discreet mount it as well to make it less obvious and stealable .

Extremely dangerous product whatever who did QC should be fired my quad bike nearly court fire after connecting power to the battery!!! BURNS my fingers and start melting loom.ON WAS CONNECTED CORRECT 🙄.RED POSITIVEBLACK NEGATIVETHEY ONLY HAD 2 CABLES.MAIN CONTROL UNIT/ SWITCH UNIT HAD BAD SHORT AND CASE DAMAGE !!!DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM AMAZON FOR SAFETY REASONS!!!

Poor product
Got this in january....didn't work proper from day 1.stop start stop start is how it worked until button stuck on remote control and it kept goin...safety issue with product
