I didn't buy these to use as place mats. I had a partial wall in my living room that didn't allow for any furniture along the bottom and even pictures hanging on the upper half didn't look right, so this left me with one blank wall that was screwing up the acoustics and the aesthetics of my entertainment area. So I bought some 5 foot woven runners and some square place mats to go along with these round ones which are tightly woven and look good. Well the end result is that I was able to break up the entire wall visually with a nice 3D effect and my home theater is more balanced sound wise. I wasn't sure it would work at first but it did and I'm really happy the results.

I've been debating getting this style placemat for awhile now and I'm happy I finally decided to hit buy. Good size but I'd go up one if you're planning on using chargers. Show up with a bit of a funny smell, but that goes away after they get a chance to air out. very pleased overall

Well woven, nice large size!

These are beautiful just didn’t realize how thick they would be. Not easy to clean. They are berry beautiful and decorative Though.

The placemats were different colors and 2 were good and 2 were bad. Black spots and weave was bad on 2.
