I saw this on an Amazon giveaway, but did not win it. I did get 40% off my purchase so $15 for a bike headlight and taillight combo is worth a try. The headlight body and clamp appear to be pretty solidly built. The interface between them is very fragile. In fact, my first one came apart while I first mounted it on my bike and was doing initial adjustments. The battery impressed me. It is marked as 2000 mAhr and I believe it. I tested it against a Fenix ARB-L2 2600 mAhr battery at the 3 solid on power levels. I ran them until the red light on the switch came on and ran them down to what I would consider a minimum light to limp home. I also recharged them using my D8Power Charge which gives voltage. It is comparable to the low setting on my Fenix BT20 headlight. The medium setting would be sufficient for most nighttime road riding. I did notice that it looks like a knock off of a Fenix BC21R bike headlight.I also tested the taillight, but on the solid on setting. It ran for 2 hr 13 minutes. I typically ride for 2 to 4 hours so this would be sufficient for a shorter ride. I would keep it solid on. This provides a lot more light and it is less annoying for anybody riding behind me.Aside from the weak connection between the light and the mount, it would be nice if the switch would have some other indication of battery condition (i.e., a green and/or yellow light). I also don't know just how far this light will run a battery down. I kept a close eye on it during testing, but if you leave the light on and aren't paying as close attention, you could ruin a battery if there is no automatic shutoff.

You get what you pay for, and that it definitely the case with this bicycle light set. My first headlight’s mounting bracket broke one-mile into my first ride. I was just riding along on a smooth city street, and it just flew off. I got a replacement two days later. This one was better: it made it through 2.5 rides (20 miles or so). The exact same thing happened. This product is absolute junk. I will be returning it for a full refund. I will never order another Ryno Tuff product (the irony of the name is killing me!).The back light worked just fine, but it’s help on with a cheap rubber o-ring. It looks fragile, and I doubt it would last very long.SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND SAFETY! DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

I have tried 2 of these, the mount broke at the rotation point on both, the only weak point i see, but fatal! I am returning the 2nd for a refund.

Five stars for bright light and customer service.The good: Bright 800 lum light. The light has a big center spot which is super bright. There is also enough scattered light spreads out and makes bushes next to the trail visible. For this is much better than my other light, which has what I would call “tunnel vision” light beam that only lights up the trail and not the surrounding. 18650 rechargeable battery means I can just carry spare battery instead of backup light. No worries if battery ever dies. You should be able to find 18650 replacements as easy as AA batteries. I had recommended to my friends and at least two have gotten the same light. I prefer this clamp mount rather than all the rubber band attachments that are popping out everywhere. My friend’s niterider rubber mount kept pointing downward over time and he had to constantly adjusting it. Not so for this light. The clamp is solid. Great customer focused seller. I had a broken mount and the seller replaced it in two days. Wow!!Area of improvements: The swivel part of the mount is weak. Mine broke after 1000 miles of harsh Bay Area pavements. I would recommend forgo the swivel and have a fixed mount instead. A longer clamping screw would make clamping over cables easier.Overall, this is a great price for a good light. Throw in good customer service, I would definitely buy more for my other bikes and as good Christmas gifts for my fellow cycling buddies.

I am a hard core biker and I gotta say this light really performs. It is bright, tough and versatile. I use it for city street rides as well as mountain biking. The adjustable settings really account for every scenario. I love that it is rechargeable so I do not have to keep on stocking up on batteries.

800 lumens front light - Excellent 👍🏾6 different settins- Excellent 👍🏾100 Lumens rear light - Excellent 👍🏾4 different settings - Excellent 👍🏾I wasnt able to check the lenght of the batteries on front and rear lights.Brightness is a Beautiful site @ Night timeVery easy to install -👍🏾Mounting - addition layer of grip is a plus however needs more space to tighten inorder for it to hold tight. I had to cut out a pieace of index card an fold it wrap it around thr handle bar than apply the mount on top. Which works good doesnt move but that is my only FLAW.Overall im very happy and my girlfriend which i brought for her as well is happy. We will keep this product and if need be just replace the index card when and if needed.
