Good for the purpose of having a wakeup light over time. The alarm sounds available are clean sounding & you can adjust wakeup duration.The build of the clock is a bit annoying though. The snooze button is very small & has to be purposefully hit to activate. The device's weight and shape also make accidental movement of the clock more likely.Buttons' purposes could be more clearly defined as I find myself always forgetting which unable button allows me to set the time on it. Turning on set alarms is easy enough by pressing a button, but in trying to reduce the buttons on the device, attempting to set anything is obscured & a 5-step process.

It doesn’t go off with either of my alarms and it doesn’t do any sun simulation stuff. I’ll change my review once this starts to work, it’s very complicated but I was patient and set up the bare minimum. Frustrating that it’s not working though

I have to admit this is a pretty good lamp. I have been waking up still sleepy because I'm used to waking with sun in my face. Got it yesterday and tried it this morning and I am not as sleepy. It could be brighter but I think its pretty good. Also, the clock can be dimmed off so nothing flows at night! Would totally recommend.

It's been along time since I've seen a clock that keeps time this badly. It loses about 2 minutes of time each day. Besides that the controls are sketchy at best. Do yourself a favor and spend the money for a good one. This is some 5below grade stuff.

Bought this for my daughter who was having issues getting up and sleeping through her alarms. This gets her up and is amazing!!

Works fine as a alarm and light.
