I bought this for my toddler to start teaching him some basic chemistry. He wasn't too much interested in molecules, of course; but he loved attaching the atoms together, forming his own impossible molecules :). Later he just decided to collect the individual atoms in different bins, and play with them just like marbles. For now I stored the bonds away, and let him play with the atoms. Regardless, this kit was perfect for my 3-year-old, and I'm pretty sure we'll slowly move to the chemistry aspect as the years progress.

It's a pretty good set. I do wish that they included more octahedral pieces and there was a single hydrogen that seemed to be melted/disfigured. Everything else is fine. Pieces fit well together and are snug and this kit is great for learning molecular geometries.

This item came very quickly. I have seen many other types of chemistry kits, the quality and price for this set makea it so worth it. My family is excited to make molecules with it. The model pieces are beautiful and look foward to making many models. I like that I can make a visual representation of complex organic molecules. Also you can work on theoretical models to study how molecules might form. Truly a great pack to work with annd learn from. Great to use with any organic chemistry textbook.

I purchased the model kit for my daughter who is taking O-Chem. The kit was very well organized and had more parts than any others we reviewed. She tells me the ease of using the models are fantastic and that they have really helped her visually understand molecular structures. HIGHLY recommend this kit and the Seller is a true professional who cares about his product.

I used this to study with for my first semester of organic chemistry. It’s UNBELIEVABLY useful! I cannot stress enough how helpful this was in a variety of ways during the class. If visualizing isn’t your strong suit, this is a tool that will prove to be very helpful!!!

This is an awesome set. it really helps you visualize the molecules. I have trouble seeing chiral molecules in my head and actually making them has helped a lot. there's enough pieces in this set to make two of the same molecule easily.

I like the fact that the model set had many options to create different models but the only issue is that some of the carbons contained 5 holes which made it a bit confusing at times when putting together the chemical bonds. Besides that I love it.
