Best pre-shave oil I have ever used!
Love this shave oil, never had a better and smoother shave. I have tried many shave oils and this is the best hands-down!! Has a unique crisp, clean, and refreshing masculine aroma that doesn't linger so it easily rinses off so it will not clash with your aftershave.

a very effective pre-shave oil.
I am fan of grooming lounge products for their wide selection of items and reasonable price point. While the only drawback is the package is small, the shave oil works well from the perspective of a fellow who shaves every 2-3 days. The shave oil squirts out easily and for the most part about five drops sufficiently covers my face. Before I apply the oil I scrub the face with Kiehls Facial Fuel Energizing Scrub. Then comes the oil and finally comes the application of shave cream. I do travel a lot so I appreciate the compact size of this container as being TSA complaint and fitting nicely in my Dopp kit, but at the same time I'd love for a bigger albeit cheaper per unit volume, option to be available for the home.

thick consistency, hard to distribute onto beard & neck
This shave oil has a nice cooling effect and prevents some degree of redness each time you use it. I found the consistency of this product to be too thick and made it challenging to distribute evenly through the beard area. The pump for the package works well to get product from bottle and scent is pleasant. I prefer to continue using a multi-tasking product for shaving instead, and am usually use Jack Black Beard Lube.

Great for using with goatee's
Been using for a few years. I never get cut and works great for trimming the lines of a goatee...

Would not recommend.
Way overpriced! I got a sample in the mail I thought I would try it again so I bought the full sized bottle and I am very disappointed. It is very creamy/lotion like and does not glide well. I will stick with Proraso sensitive cream for like $8 and that lasts two months.
