Just wanted to leave a review. I bought this on amazon and it was supposed to take a week to arrive. It arrived 2 days early. I had reservations and thought at least the first few nights i would have a sore neck while i get used to the pillow.....nothing of the sort. I had a good nights sleep.I will have to agree with some other people who wrote reviews that you need a long neck to get your head to fit into the head shaped depression in the pillow....and although that is the case, i didn't have any sore neck issues in the morning.I normally start sleeping on my back and then land up on my side, i will say that sleeping on my side with my head on this pillow is perfect, the pillow height and firmness definitely keeps my neck straight without a doubt.It's been only one night but with no sore neck or aches on the morning after first trial....i would rate this 9 out of 10 just for the fact of- keeping my neck straight- no pain the next morning- comfortable

Absolutely fab. I use it for my lower as I'm awaiting surgery I'm in constant pain. Tried loads of different cushions/pillows this is by far the best!!

I don't know if is the cushion, but from when I'm using it I can tell that most of the time I'm sleeping very well and I'm not even waking up in the night. Also had a discount of 90% +-.

The best sleeping pillow I've ever used, period. The contouring along with the shape of the cooling gel makes the pillow extremely comfortable to lie down with. The memory foam is of good quality and rebounds nicely. I've tried several other similar pillows in the past, but this is the only one I've found with just the right size, firmness and shape combination, fantastic product.

My search for the best neck support pillow is over. This pillow is amazing. I've had neck problems for years since a car accident and have struggled to find a suitable pillow for my needs. From the second I layed my head on this pillow I knew it was the one. My neck felt supported properly and it's contoured to take into account your shoulders which is amazing. I would recommend this product.
