Excellent product, with great versatility.Slip resistance is fantastic, it adheres perfectly to kitchen counter and does not slide despite kneading and pushing.It is pleasant to the eye in the blue colour, and has helpful measurement charts printed in visible characters.Strange is very convenient as it can be rolled and it maintains the shape.Lastly, it is easy to clean since it folds easily into the sink.

Excellent product. Easy to use, and clean

There is nothing to dislike about this pastry mat. This is my second purchase, the first one lasted almost four years and only got replaced because it looked a little worn, but still very much usable. I use the mat several times a week as I make my own bread and pastry. I bought a larger size this time and it is perfect for pasta making as well as my bread. The mat stays in place and keeps the work surface clean. Highly recommended. Excellent seller too.

The quality of the product stands out immediately. The printing is clear and the design to include conversions of measures is very well layed out. The mat is quite thick so edges won't fray overtime. Rolls neatly and with the supplied fastener it takes up very little cupboard space. The spatula also looks to be made from high grade materials and is very sturdy. A quality product at a fair price.

This is pretty decent, I love that it's a portable mat as I use it in my shed for rolling out pizza dough for an outside pizza over and it's great as it's a clean surface that I can use on my shed shelves that are full of dust and spiders webs.I like the sizing guides and the size of it as it's a big mat. The only downside is that it's got a weird sort of stick texture so it's quite difficult to get all the excess flour off the surface sometimes.

A degree of scepticism has been been dismissed since I bought this. A small kitchen means space and cleanliness are at a premium. This sheet does the job. I griddled Welsh cakes recently - clearing up was a piece of cake (sorry) and the sheet allowed me to roll the dough easily.

Bought this after using a similar one my nan has.It does exactly what you need it to do, with the material it doesn’t move around on the counter when rolling something out on it.It’s smaller than I thought it would be, but that’s totally my own fault for not properly checking the measurements, however it’s still effective for what I need.It cleans up easily and rolls up nicely for storageDefinitely a must have for all kitchens.

We were having trouble with pizza dough sticking to the worktop and finding it hard to transfer onto a peel to go in the Ooni. I was looking for something to protect our worktop and make it easier to transfer the shaped pizza dough. Bought the largest size and it's great: plenty of room & the non-stick makes a big difference compared to shaping dough directly on the worktop. We use less flour now and can get away with a wetter dough without it getting stuck. Rolls up neatly for storage
