I've been using this diamactous earth for over 8 years, it is easy to use and definately does whatever job i use it for.

I am so thrilled with this product. great health improvement for me and my dogs. Was giving to dogs first, then discovered this brand for humans also. at first was using for fleas, then I started giving my dogs a teaspoon a dayin their food. I started taking it myself when if bought this one. got 5lb bag. started with a teaspoon a day , now up to a tablespoon a day . Dogs have been getting it for 6 months and I for 3. Here are the changes noted.#1- My diabetic dog has had for the first time in most of his 4 yrs with me. consistant blood sugar levels , staying much in the range he is to be in now for about 4 months#2-.my pom with slightly collapsed trach seems to have less stress and not coughing or gagging nearly as much and is very vocal with no shortness of breath.#3-my 2 dogs that have eye secretions,{white dogs] have diminished secretions, hardly any now.#4-Digestive problems gone in all 9 dogs. For myself have been on it for 3months up to a tablespoon a day-the greatest change noted,#5- is my blood work #'s- after yrs of high cholesteror # and trygliseride #'s, my test this year showed a decrease of chol from average 240 to now 202--my trygliserides went from average 300's to 168--- have been able to go off nexium. have reduced prilosex to one pill everyothe day-#6-my hair is much more manageable, feels thicker and healthier look.#7-my nails which never grow, have started to get stronger and looking forward to new growth-#8-one of the most important factors, have had a lot of jaw damage from a dentist years ago-jaw in last 6 weeks has felt stronger, aching gone,implants not aching anymore.wouldn't it be a miracle if some more bone would grow, which myjaw needs desperately. So one day while doing yard work I noticed wasps going in and out from under the siding of my house. I looked closely and discovered a crack in the concrete foundation just a few inches off the ground, and apparently the wasps were able to squeeze in and had built themselves a nest in there.I couldn't afford the ~$375 fee that a professional exterminator would charge, so I tried to take care of it myself with traps, poison spray, and even my handy combo of an electrified fly swatter + random rock to crush the stunned wasps. I must have murdered a couple hundred of them over the course of a week, but it barely put a dent in their total numbers.So instead I bought this bag of Diatomaceous Earth and a rubber bellows. I put on some thick clothing, gloves, and a hat and face mask, then in the evening when the wasps were settling down for the night, I pumped a ton of the powder into the crack and ran like hell. The result was NOTHING like with the poison spray I tried earlier in the week. Wasps EXPLODED out of the gap in the foundation, forming a dense cloud that reached higher than my roof, swarming around furiously trying to find whoever did this to them. And swear on me mum, the next day there were NO wasps commuting through that crack anymore. I checked multiple times for days afterwards, in near disbelief, cleaning up some desiccated wasp corpses that lay around the area, but the constant flow of wasp traffic that had existed up until that point was GONE. OVERNIGHT EVEN.Christ I was so happy. This stuff is incredible. I gladly puff it around the perimeter of my house every year, as well as on my fruit trees and in my basement. It can't hurt, and it only helps. Insects BTFO.

I have a friend ask me if I was taking food grade Earth for my thyroid as I have hypothyroidism I looked at him funny I'm sure and he started to tell me about all the benefits then gave me some to try, wasn't going to take anything till I researched the product then I ordered 5 lbs. Didn't want to write a review right away to make sure it was helping me and not my imagination because of all the excellent reviews. Well needless to say what amazing product I started with 1/2 TB wasn't sure if my stomach could tolerate it everything was fine now I'm taking 1 tablespoon a day, happy to say my BM's are regular which they never were before I used to feel bloated all the time not anymore I have lost some weight have more energy, put a little with my face cleaner my face looks & feels smoother, so many uses for this amazing product.I said I bought 5 pounds of DE that is because I wanted to share it with my friends I want them to have the benefits that I am having plus more.

Don’t buy. Did not work at all on red ants in pasture. I used white vinegar which helped new mounds much better.
