VIVOHOME 72 Inch Wrought Iron Large Bird Cage with Play Top and Stand for Parrots Lovebird Cockatiel Parakeets Black

I’m really happy with the VIVOHOME 72” bird cage. The shipment actually arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. Everything was included, well packaged, and nothing was damaged or missing.The cage is very sturdy and feels high quality. I put it together alone in about 10 minutes I’m a 27 yr old female, not very tall or particularly strong, and I had no issues. Just a heads up, the instructions only have pictures, so that might bother some people, but I found them clear and easy to follow.One detail I want to highlight is that both removable trays that came with my cage are metal, not plastic like some reviews mentioned, maybe they changed it. That’s a big plus for durability and easy cleaning. It also comes with nice extras like feeding bowls, a top perch, and a cute hanging toy.The rolling stand is super convenient, and the cage offers plenty of space for a small bird. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I hope my baby lovebird will love it too! :3 Btw this cage is the perfect size for small birds maybe even medium ones like cockatiels or conures, but anything bigger I would recommend a larger cage.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing this product due to the mixed reviews and the note that it’s frequently returned. Although the package was delayed and misplaced during shipping, that was not the seller’s fault. Some of the poles arrived slightly bent, but we were able to straighten them out without much trouble.The bird cage was easy to assemble and only took about 25 minutes. I don’t have my bird yet, but I believe this cage will be perfect once I adopt my bird.

Detailed review below.Sturdiness is alright, this cage is catered to smaller birds, medium sized birds should NOT be housed it this 24/7, big birds are out of the question for this cage. The bars are a bit flimsy compared to my other cage but not as bad as other cages.The cage itself is fairly easy to assemble after the first run around, the book isn’t much help though. The play top is decent, wish the bowls weren’t below the perch though.Im not a huge fan of the gaps at the bottom, allowing food to just bounce onto the ground if you don’t use the really annoying fenders.Now, for my biggest issue with the cage, it arrived with bends, (from transport I assume) but nothing broken or things you couldn’t put back into place yourself with a plier or something. The other major issue is RUST. My cage arrived with 3 corners having rust, I suspect this particular cage isn’t entirely new since the zip ties and tape weren’t exactly newly packaged, some were broken or poorly taped.Minor changes from the listing photos and actual product. The bowls, the wheel (this is a good change though, I prefer the ones mine came with as opposed to the photos) - the distance between the bottom rack and the tray area is much shorter in person, the booklet instructions have the bowls on the right side, not the left like the video and photos show.Overall, decent cage, don’t expect anything fancy and it will probably suffice. I’m using it as a night time cage so I give it 4/5, if it were a longer period of time cage it would have probably been 3/5

I’ve bought two of these cages and had to return and exchange them multiple times. They are SO cheap. The bars are bent out of shape. One came with broken bars. The edges are sharpe as well as the bars them selves from flaws in production. It’s awkwardly designed so setting up bars and toys don’t sit well. It took me exchanging these MULTIPLE times before I got decent ones and the final one I got has a lot of issues but I can’t keep exchanging these. It’s nothing but a headache. Having the leave my home and take all my birds I needed cheap decent cages for them that would be roomy enough for about a year they would be stuck during my home reconstruction and honestly if it wasn’t for that these would have gone back the second they were put together. I don’t see them last long at all and I really fear peoples birds getting hurt from the poor quality control on these. All my birds have name brand cages at home and that’s truely they only way you should go. I HATE these cages. I just can’t keep my parrot in something small for this long so I have no choice BUT to use these due to the size and price. It’s just so poorly designed and the cup holders are Aweful as well. The fall out dumping out food and water. The top does NOT stay on. Any pressure will make it lift up. The sides are flimsy and can easily catch legs or wings. The bars are SO weak that heavy perches will not stay up with out overly sized O rings. The perches that come with it will not sit correctly inside the cage. Only on the top. 3 of them came cracked amongst all my orders and exchanges. If u need a travel cage for a second home and something temporary then great. But the is NOT AE quality. And I DO NOT recommend this cage for a permanent housing cage for any bird due to poor quality of the cage, the flimsiness of the bars, the dangers of sharp edges and places that a bird can get caught or hurt and the poor design which makes it impossible to use good perches or set up toys. Spend the more money. You get what u pay for…

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but im in love with this cage my birb will love it!

As far as size it’s tall enough but would have liked it a little wider. One of the perches is not long enough to fit anywhere in the cage. The main reason I bought this cage was for the skirt which on one of my other cages was wonderful for keeping in the seed. This one has a space at the bottom which causes the seed to go to the floor instead of keeping it inside. Would have sent it back but by time it was put together would never have been able to get it back in the box.Quality of the actual cage part is very nice.
