I been using this electrolyte complex for months now and its great! I add 2 scoops into my water everyday, just be careful with amounts to not make your water too salty, but when you find right ratio that you like it's very good. I like that their main focus is Sodium and Potassium so you know right away they know what they doing, as a lot of other electrolyte products focus too much on magnesium and calcium, but this blend focuses mostly like i said on sodium and potassium which is what you want from electrolyte!

I got it when I started the Carnivore diet. It’s made a huge difference with the cramps and fatigue I was getting at first.I’m 80% carnivore now but even when I’m off it I’ll drink a glass with electrolytes first thing in the morning. It keeps me hydrated and I can feel the difference throughout the dayIt’s also been a life saver when I got sick and dehydrated while on holidays abroad.For the price there is a huge quantity, I’m still on my first one but will reorder when I run outThe taste is ok, quite saltier than I expected (this is my first electrolytes) but I like that there is no artificial stuff in it. UPDATED REVIEW: Purchased these last year and just finished the tub. Overall they're decently priced against the competition, I like the fact they're unflavoured so not forced to have a facefull of sweeteners. Upped from 3 to 4 stars.

I have dysautonomia and wanted a calorie free electrolyte powder. This definitely does the job and helps keep my dizziness etc. under control.There is a salty taste but I actually quite like that.The powder dissolves well in water and is odourless.Definitely recommend.

've tried multiple electrolyte powders, all with artificial flavours. Most are gross (due to the nature of the salts) but some are less gross then others.This had no flavour which made it taste like medicine, so personally it's not for me. I had to buy some elderflower cordial to make it taste drinkable.But if weird artificial tastes are not for you, this might be the one.

This stuff is the business. Been getting aches in the muscles when moving into the 30+ hour fasts. Also stingy eyes and headaches when into 40+ hours. Now I make sure to mix up 4 scoops in 2lts of water and start drinking it after 16 hours of fasting. I make sure i finish the 2ltrs over the next 16-20 hour period and mix another when moving into longer fasts. Absolutely transformed my fasting experiences. Actually helps with the hunger pangs too. And doesn't taste bad at all. I don't mixed it with other electrolytes as many of them have sucralose and I want to keep my fasts as clean as possible. Highly recommend this product if you're on Keto or fasting it out. Good luck

Made a huge difference. Mixes well .no particular taste easy to drink .I suffer night sweats and cramps . Has helped enormously with leg cramps .not so fatigued .have ordered more .the bonus is I can boil it to make a cup of tea .
