No added sugar cereal! Hard to find.
Hard to find a 'no-added sugar' cereal anywhere, even in a country with such a diabetes problem. This is a crunchy wheat cereal product with no added sugar. I switched to this cereal when Post bought out Uncle Sam toasted wheat berry cereal from Two Sisters, then took it out of production.

Stay healthy with this cereal
Healthy, lots of fiber and tastes pretty good. We dress it up with cinnamon and a touch of honey. It is expensive, but knowing we are eating healthy balances that for us.
