Replacement Tube by Reliance Medical fits Littmann® Cardiology III® Stethoscope (All Black) Black Edition

Looks just and sounds better than the original tubing. Much more flexible. Wil definitely buy again when/if I wear this one out.

Great way to replace your tubing without having to spend hundreds. It works just as well as it did before.

Perfect fit for my worn out 20 year old cardiology III, this is my second or third tube replacement. Should not store it around your neck, breaks down the tubing, but stethoscopes are a pain to try to store anywhere else on your person, so I just keep replacing.

I bought this to replace the tube on my Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope which was cracking. I’ve had this stethoscope for 10+ years so we had a good run together. This new tube and rubber earpieces are identical to the original and I didn’t notice any difference in sound quality either. My Littman was all black including the two metal ear tubes and the chest piece and I appreciate how metal ear tubes on the replacement are black too. It’s a heck of a lot cheaper than buying genuine Littmann replacement parts or a new stethoscope.

The tubing is adequate and a good deal for $29, but the sounds are more muffled and it's thicker and a little less pliable than the OEM Litttman tubing. Many would probably be happy enough with it but I wouldn't buy it again. (The original Brown tubing is on the left in the picture.)
