Awesomescanner
Just got the Autel MP90o-BT Kit with all adapters and it's been a lifesaver for my shop. Works like a charm on my'94 Cougar, reads/erases codes, shows live data, even does the fancy bi-directional stuff. Noheadaches, just gets the job done. If you work on older rides, thisthing'swortheverypenny.

Quality Doesn't Cost, It Pays
I had a Scan Toll for my 2000 Venture van, but it was not meant for my 2014 Silverado 2500HD, Diesel. My mechanic friend uses an Autel Scan tool in his business and highly recommend them. His main advise it to get one with Bi-Directional controls, which enables you to test various devices. So, after much reading, I decided the MP808TS was what I needed, since I wanted the TMPS feature and Bi-Directional controls. The MP808TS is fairly easy to use, but I did read the manual. If you're not a mechanic by trade, some terms may need more research to understand. Although I have only had this device for about 2 weeks, I am highly satisfied with the ability I now have to understand the problems when the message in the dash says to service engine now.At 60K miles, I received what I now know is a common message to "Service Exhaust Fluid System", "99 Miles Until 65 MPH Max Speed". I immediately assumed a complicated and expensive repair, but thanks to the MP808TS, I now know this is a relative common DEF Heater #1 Malfunction. I felt it was safe to drive for a few miles until I can get the repair completed. Only one trouble code, P20B9. A nice feature is that I could exercise the ECM to test the Heater #1 control circuit, and it confirmed it was the heater and not the control module. My only disappointment was that it is necessary to activate the MP808TS using an internet connection before I could use it. This is not a serious problem, but in all the reviews I read, I do not remember anyone mentioning this. The other area of disappointment is that to use the TMPS feature, the MP808TS "MUST" have an internet connection. Luckily for me I have a Verizon Jetpack, so I was able to relearn the position of my TPMS sensors after rotating my tires.I use to work on my own vehicles in the 70's & 80's, but as vehicles have become more complicated, I relegate my auto work to simpler tasks. After watching some on line videos of the DEF Heater #1 replacement, I am confident I could facilitate this repair, but have learned that I am still under Chevrolet warranty for the DEF tank. At least I am ready for the next time it goes bad when the warranty has expired. If you don't need Bi-Directional controls and/or TMPS functionality, there are many less expensive Autel scan tools to assist you in understanding the trouble codes in modern automotive technology.A small bonus, the MP808TS is actually a computer tablet than can be used like any other computer tablet to look at web pages, do email, make VPN connections, or anything else you can do on an internet capable android tablet. The MP808TS I purchased in Jan 2021 uses Android V4.4.4.

A must-have for the serious DIYer
This is my first full-featured scan tool, and I wish I hadn't waited so long to get one. My expectations were high due to the cost of this unit and all the positive reviews I've seen, and the MP808TS did not disappoint.I do a lot of A/C work, and now I am able to do live testing of the A/C components. I also appreciate the TPMS functionality. For a DIYer, this unit supports far more vehicles than I'll ever need to service, but the capabilities for each vehicle are excellent, and it's nice to see Autel continuously publishing firmware updates as they add more features.First impressions:- Solid build quality- Robust, mature software- Easy update process- Nice storage case- The 7" screen came with a pre-installed screen protector - nice!I tested the HDMI output on a 4K TV, and it worked beautifully. Even though this unit doesn't officially support audio, when viewing output via HDMI I was able to hear sound from the external display. I also successfully paired a Bluetooth speaker to the scanner, and that worked too. Perhaps a volume control feature could be supported in the future.I also wondered about using peripherals so I don't have to use the Android keyboard when doing data input, and I successfully connected a Logitech G915 keyboard and a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse via USB dongle, which was pretty awesome. I wasn't able to get the G915 to connect via Bluetooth, but it could be the BlueZ app doesn't support the latest Bluetooth Low Energy devices. Surely this could be fixed with an update.I didn't see any way to download apps on the installed Kit Kat version of Android, but I would like to be able to do that if possible.I would highly recommend this Autel scanner for the DIY mechanic or small shop, and the seller is very responsive with fast shipping. Don't hesitate!

Works Great, No Complaints
I've been using the Autel MP900-BT Kit for a while now and it does exactly what it's supposed to. The coding feature is fast and reliable. I've used it to enable hidden functions on several cars with no issues. What I really like is that all the service menus actually work. No more clicking around just to find out a function isn't supported. Things like throttle resets and SAS calibration are simple to do with the clear instructions. It's way more stable than other scanners I've used before. Makes diagnostics and maintenance much quicker. Worth buying if you need a good scanner.

Worked great for about 6 months
Don't waste your money on this scanner. It's all a scam. The scanner works great until your update comes up and then they try to charge your over $600 just for an update. If you don't update it then the scanner starts glitching very bad and then eventually just stops doing some procedures.
