Conventient and useful
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not sure about durability -- I only got it yesterday, but it's exactly what I was expected. Easy to adjust tension, and easy to grip.

Amazing product
It is great for grip strength. I would definitely recommend if u want to gain strength with something worth less than 10 dollars!

Weight
It's great for strengthening grip muscles, so your forearms don't fail first on a pull day. However, it doesn't provide as much resistance as I thought it would, so if you've been going to the gym for awhile, this will primarily build muscular endurance.

For the price its fine.
The price is great, but it does come with some MINOR drawbacks. after around 3 months of use I started to hear some squeaking sound every time you rep. Also don't touch the metal spring too much with sweaty hands, it will start to rust a little. ALSO you can feel the quality... meaning it is not too good or too bad; its mediocre.
