I've been taking one capsule along with an iron supplement, it has helped my hair stop falling out and grow back healthier than ever :) Unfortunately I get an upset stomach taking two capsules.

I ordered this item on May 25,2025.I received it the next day. Packing and delivery was a 10/10. This will be my first time trying Fengreek Supplement. It’s only been a few days . But I am starting to smell a slight smell of maple syrup. I will continue to use and hopefully I can come back with a more accurate update.
