High Quality Blades
I used these blades on the Harbor Freight sawmill. They are high quality and cut through 15 to 20 oak logs effortlessly and smoothly. The cut wood is almost as smooth as wood cut with a good circular saw.

I dont believe you can resharpen these blades
I put the first one on the mill yesterday, I am cutting dried pine, the cut real well on that... different design then the blades I have used in the past, so I am not sure that they can be resharpened??

Maybe I got a bad blade?
Stopped cutting after 10 pine 2x14x9's. The chinese one that came with the mill cut hardwood (red oak, white oak, maple, apple, and basswood into 1x's) and left me a pile that's 10 times what this one did in pine and that one only dulled because I cut halfway through the steel log dog with it. Going to put on blade #2 of six tomorrow and hopefully it will last longer. Changing the blade every two logs isn't acceptable. I'll update here if the next one is better but wow - this first one was lousy. Oh - one other thing I noticed - I had to crank the mill out over an inch to get this one on - either this one or the chinese one was not the advertised 144". fine if they are all the same size going forward but it was quite the learning curve to re-align the wheels.*updateI changed the blade after writing this review and was shocked to find out that it was discolored - it got hot. While putting a new blade on I found out that it' Harbor Freights fault it burned up. This mill is two months old, arrived with a bad clutch - Harbor Freight refuses to honor it's warranty - and now the two blade guide roller wheels have seized up. Never been rained on - rusted up solid and were dragging on the blade.*update #2See photo - brand new blade, first cut. #2 of the 6 I purchased. :( I'm told that is cause by incorrect tooth "set".*update #3See second photo - brand new blade #3 of the 6. Also cutting incorrectly. You'd think the seller would have reached out to me to fix this issue - we're down to two stars now.
