Faulty locking mechanism.
The locking mechanism needs to be redesigned. For the price of these locks one would expect it to work every time. Every time I go to unlock I spend at least 5 minutes fiddling with the key in the lock until it aligns the pins and opens, the same thing happens when I try to lock them back on the trailer. I have decided that the hassle is not worth the money and ordered puck locks with a more traditional and proven locking system.
