Great for batch cooking
This is one of the best items I've bought. I use it regularly for batch cooking and often make soups, stews, curries etc. Highly recommended.

Yummy yummy in my tummy
Missing part but hassle-free exchange. Slow cook it easy to use and holds large portions.

It's big. The control is fiddly. The lid doesn't seal (but you can easily compensate for this)
The Good:It's BIG - easily enough for 6.The Bad:The digital control is a bit fiddly. Not too bad to get used to, but an analogue dial would be more simple. Slow cookers are supposed to be simple, right? The Ugly:The lid doesn't fit well at all - there's quite a big gap for steam/water vapour to escape. After a few uses I was really disappointed because my meals were drying out far too much, and simply adding more water at the start doesn't help because you still end up with a dry crust on top. I was going to return the item, but by this time the cooker and the paper manual had got stained, not good enough for me to reasonably expect a return to accepted. BUT, adding a layer of foil or grease proof paper under the lid is sufficient to compensate. Doing this takes this cooker from 1 star to 4.

Brilliant
Use my slow cooker a lot, but my old one had no timer and didn't want my food going to mush, with this I can set timer for 3/4 hours, great if your out for the day

Broke after around 22 usages
Ran out of stock so couldn't even contact buyer, it did cook lovely so wont knock that. If have a disability, it is EXTREMELY heavy. As stated in headline, it broke after very few usages

Leg fell off and found it in the box, stuck it back on
Lovely size but unfortunately I cooked 4 meals in it before arranging to have it returned. 1st meal stuck to the side of the pot. Used liners after this but each meal dried out before cooking finished and had to add more liquid even though there was plenty liquid in it at the start. I've been using slow cooker for 50 years and have never had problems. It was obviously not sealing. Real shame. Nothing to do with the seller, they've sold it in good faith

Overcooks everything! We've never had a slow cooker that scorches food like this does.
Low setting seems to actually be "high" and "High" is blazing hot. All meat comes out dry, even on tried and true recipes that were used on previous slowcookers. We are not happy and are switching to a different product. The display/controls are easy to use. It's a good size. However, it's ruined countless meals.
