Genuinely love my laptop, came in perfect working order exactly as advertised. Wouldn't have guessed it was renewed it was given without being told. Fast, easy to use, and sleek. Nice keyboard, and works with windows 11. The touch screen works perfectly and even passes the one-handed test (can open the laptop with it sitting on a flat surface without using two hands.)Genuinely worth every penny I spent!I named them Hal, hope anyone else who gets their own will love them as much as I love Hal.I'm not much of a gamer, but it can handle having multiple Chrome tabs/windows, Spotify, Discord, Visual Studio code editor, and GitHub open all at the same time. I'd say if it can run all of that, it could surely handle some gaming :)

The laptop looks and feels great but the keyboard makes it completely unusable. It takes multiple attempts to get any response from the keyboard, and typing a simple sentence into google is tedious. I tried numerous fixes on the software side of things from multiple factory resets to driver updates. It is simply just a problem with the keyboard itself and I will not even bother requesting a replacement.

The laptop came new literally. The only thing that have like sings of use is the usb port but the rest came new. Super fast. Battery cycles 40 it is nothing. Supper sturdy like a MacBook. I like the size of it and portable and lightweight. Super fast by the way.

Ok I was really excited to receive this to help with work and school. I read the reviews, the positives outweighs the negatives. The visual condition was great! Just the keys are temperamental. I can't type a paper when all the keys dint work properly. It's time consuming to go back and fix all the words with missing letters. I really had hope for this, but I am going to send this back.

I'm so happy with my purchase and am glad I choose this laptop. A surprising detail I really wanted is that the keyboard is backlit. I love it. I was in between this one and the newer version of this laptop but it’s perfect overall. I'm happy. I was having issues with downloading apps when I first got it but that was the only real issue. It’s fine for me. It has a very minor chip on the side of the laptop but that’s really it everything else I love about it.

The laptop is in very good condition, however, being the second laptop, I have bought in less than six months, this one seems to have a bad battery, it doesn't last as long as the previous one.Furthermore, this laptop loses it Wi-Fi signal ever so often. Now, I understand this could be a software issue by Microsoft, but my other laptop works just fine, and I have never experienced such a problem, I am not impressed by this.

I usually buy refurbished pcs so I was excited for this purchase. It took over two weeks to be delivered and on top of that the keyboard functionality was poor. Had to return it. All else seemed fine though.
