I don’t wan to rate these badly but I bought these due to the reviews but sadly they were too rough on my stomach and after three days my stomach started cramping. Obviously it’s a trail and error for everyone and possible works for others with the right diet and exercise but didn’t for me.

I previously purchased a different brand and they were just "ok". I found HerbTonics through searching for similar items with BHB salts. Glad I did! I have been taking these for 2 weeks and I can see a difference. Not much in weight loss but it has curbed my appetite for sweets. I have more energy, no jittery side effects but more energy overall. Can't wait to see the final results after I finish the bottle.

Doesnt work. Scam. Its just hype. Fake reviews. Soon as i stopped taking them but kept with the diet , the pounds came off. I used strict diet and exercise routine followed by supervised intermittant fasting which is the besst program and never broke keto so it isnt just me. My trainer showed me data that shoed no benefit from these. So save your money. Its just a scam to get your payment info and continue to ship you this crap so they sit easy in their rich house and you pay every month for it. Dont fall for it.

No changes
No change in weight or measurements.. drank water, had sendible meals, and walked every evening. Still had hunger and food cravings.

Great electrolyte recovery
Great product. Taken with ease to ward off fatigue and imbalances in the keto diet and electrolytes. Highly recommend.

Great product, no jitters or side effects - feeling more energetic!!!
The one thing I like is I have more energy and focus without jitters and side effects. After starting Keto diet I kind of stopped losing weight after dropping 15 pounds. Only 10 more pounds to get to the desired weight. Will leave an update when I get there I suppose!
