Works great.
This GREATLY improves the jack experience. Used a simple 18v Ryobi drill and it handled it no problem with a 3/8" driver adapter.

Inexpensive upgrade that really work
Bought 2 of these and installed on my 2017 Toyota Camry SE and 2011 Toyota Sienna's respective scissor jacks. It really made the scissor jack useful/functional in conjunction with my Dewalt Impact Wrench or ratchet [when on the road]. I normally use floor jack but i couldn't find its craddle and contemplating on buying an electronic jack. Glad i came across this adapter and saved $ as a result. This made lifting my car/van with ease even with tight spaces. The Sienna's scissor jack is bigger and sturdier than the Camry's jack.

Good concept but needs improment
Really nice product but needs improvement for product and usage, works smart but as i followed so damaged my car jack and now i have to replace it, but if i use other precaution like any rubberized msterial on my jack at connectivit place it will be perfectly fine

The Solution!
If shortly - this stuff greatly improves the usability of your scissor jack!If you are not a car mechanic, then jack is hardly what you use frequently. As a result, when one day you will need to use the scissor jack, then the OEM hook, which idea is to help you in lifting your car, may become a real pain since you simply don’t have enough practice. And yes, I had a couple of THOSE days...So, I searched the web for a compact and not expensive solution. I found it here on Amazon - Dr.Roc’s ½” scissor jack adaptor. It is small in size, but huge in its convenience and it will probably make your day, once you get a chance to use it (especially if you have used the OEM hook ever before).Once received, I attached it to the jack, took a small 6” ratchet wrench with ½” head and then, gave my “new” jack a try. Well, I can just say that my car literally flew up – in about 20 sec with no physical efforts the job was done. WOW!BTW, in my particular case I kept the adaptor attached – there was enough space for such an extension in my car jack’s “parking lot”. I’ve just inserted a rubber washer into the adapter-jack junction, in order to avoid rattling while driving. And, of course, you should have something with the ½” head to use it with this adaptor. As I’ve mentioned, I used the small ratchet wrench.5 stars! Absolutely recommended!

An Integral Part of my NASSCAR Tire Change System!
I have a 2018 Toyota Camry hybrid. And as most of you know, the Toyota Camry is one of NASCAR’s Cup cars. So everything for a Camry driver needs to be fast.So of course the first thing I did was pitch the donut tire and replace it with a real full service tire. I mean, you aren't going to win any races on a donut, right? So next I needed a cordless impact gun to get the lug nuts off fast. But using that silly hook in the hole scissor jack pole and handle just wasn't going to work. I mean, can you imagine the look on people’s faces when they see you, with a CAMRY on the side of the road, twirling that silly pole? Simply not happening!Enter the Dr. Roc Scissor Jack Adapter. Now I can use my cordless impact gun to jack my car up proper. Passer's by will have far more respect for me, and I won't get laughed off the side of the road for being next to a CAMRY using a twirly rod! But just be very careful when using a high powered impact driver with your lowly scissor jack. Because your scissor jack likely isn't use to the high performance output of the impact driver, and you could literally "smoke" the threads on the scissor jack's screw drive mechanism. This could cause catastrophic failure and as you know, failure costs time. So it's important to take a deep breath and slow down (I know, that's not an easy thought for a Camry driver) and use the variable speed feature on the impact driver to raise and lower the car safely within the mechanical limits of the screw drive on the scissor jack. Careful consideration of keeping the jack operating within its safe limits will pay off in the end due to a successful tire change event. And you'll be back to the races in no time! This little gem appears to be very well made and I'm sure with proper use will last a lifetime. The same can be said about the scissor jack if treated with respect. I highly recommend getting one of these if you don't want to look silly using the hook and hole twirly pole on the side of the road.See you on the track!

I am a pretty strong person and have done most of my manual ...
On a hot day the last thing you need is to have to strain with a scissor jack changing a tire. I am a pretty strong person and have done manual labor my entire life, but if there is an easier way to do it, I take it. I keep a Ryobi 18v 1/2 inch impact gun in the trunk all the time in case I have a flat. I have a AAA type plan, but I can change a tire and be on my way in 10 minutes. This adapter allows my impact gun to operate the car scissor jack. I do break the lug nuts loose before jacking the car because if my battery happens to be low, I can jack the car manually easier than breaking loose a lug nut that is too tight. The product works as advertised, and has saved me a lot of work each time I use it.

Take some cautions, please.
I bought this item to add to my scissor jack to break down pallets. Very little strain on the jack. BUT, the first time I used this attachment the bolt exploded. I wear safety stuff, so no harm, no foul. There was very little pressure being applied to the wood as I had turned the air down on my compressor to about 75PSI to turn my 1/2 inch impact. If this thing will break a bolt that easily just applying a small amount of pressure to pallet wood, it'll never lift a vehicle. I put a much stronger bolt in it and haven't had any more trouble. I won't throw the blame on Dr. Roc unless they make these bolts themselves. The rest of the tool is solid and does a great job. Just use a little caution the first time out.
