I would have been better off just taking regular tablets
The description on Amazon says highly concentrated however each tablet only has 250 mg vitamin C. That's only 25% of what most vitamin C tablets have which is 1000 mg. I would have been better off just taking regular tablets.

My mom eats this every day. Not sure if it actually works or does anything but it tastes goodLike candy. Like a lemon candy. Sometimes its hard to stop at just 5 a day. Idk my mom likes it.

Sweet/sour tablets.Great source of vitamin C. Love eating ‘em. Always looking forward to my daily dose.Kinda pricey tabs for vitamin C, but I think it’s worth it.
