I (16 weeks preggers) have had trouble sleeping as every position has felt wrong. This pillow is a life saver. I have the middle adjusted to the smallest length as I'm still small and, wow, it's so comfy to use. I never want to get up again. I even keep it on my lap while sitting to take the weight off my belly. I sleep so deeply now, my husbands snoring doesn't even wake me up!

I like the pillow for lower back pain but not to help me sleep on my side.

I tried the pregnancy pillow and that was way too bulky. It made my neck hurt. My husband thinks I'm too short or small for it. But I tried this pillow and I can turn without having to change directions of the pillow, which would have been annoying. Its small enough that I can sleep on my own pillow and get the much needed support without hurting my neck or back. And unlike with the other bigger ones, I can get out of bed easily and not try to figure out how to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. That was annoying. I wish this came with the wedge but I really like this and am glad I bought it.

After I wrestled the pillow away from my cat I was able to test it out. OMG. This pillow gave me the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Pregnancy is incredibly uncomfortable but this pillow is a dream for me.

Last year I bought a similar one and it was amazing, I lost it and bought this one which is nothing compared to the Boppy. Extremely disappointed. So small, flat, just useless

I ended up on my back a lot. This was bought to support my growing belly and help prevent rolling onto my back. I didn’t expect miracles! What came does not look exactly like pictured, either. I expected the back side pillow to be bigger than the belly support side but, they are the same. The belly side is just enough of a wedge to support growing bellies.

Bought this in my 2nd trimester and it has been the best thing. It’s much smaller than the body pillows and it provides all around support no matter what side I sleep on.

This pillow has been working well for me during my pregnancy. I tried a bigger style/full u-shape pregnancy pillow for a while and was not a fan. It felt like too much, took up too much of the bed, absorbed a lot of heat, and made it difficult for me to switch sleeping sides easily.This pillow provides just enough support for my stomach and to keep me from sleeping flat on my back without taking up the entire bed. The pillow does not get overheated either. Being a smaller person I wish the bad could be adjusted so that the two pillows were even closer together, especially in the beginning of pregnancy. The covers are technically removable but really it’s just that you can take out the filling/stuffing if you need to wash the cover.
