Q: Will this glue hold glitter cardstock to another glitter cardstock?

Yes, I use it with glitter cardstock with no problem.

Q: When it is dried on to cardstock, does it leave a shiny clear image or does it blend in with the cardstock?

It dries clear but will darken the color of the card stock slightly It has a small sheen but not a shiny gloss finish. I would definitely want to contain it to under the image or object being glued down.

Q: When is the best time to order this Glue? Having to return it because I think it froze up.

You should never order this kind of an item when YOUR area is cold, etc. as it could freeze during shipping. Thanks

Q: Is the Ultra fine metal tip included? The photo shows the jar with the tip but the description says nothing about the tip.

The first bottle I ordered had the tip but the last one did not. You may have to pay extra for the tip, but I find it works fine without.
