Purpose> the blending stumps work as intended. These are not too soft so it's easy to be precise and blend smoothly.Content> everything came as advertised, 13 items in the package and all in pristine (i.e. new) condition.Value for the $> IMHO this package offers great value for the money. The variety of blending stumps (#1 through #6) plus the tortillons (#1 to #3) is plenty for a beginner sketch artist to practice his/her blending skills. I give it 4 stars only because I've not use them extensively yet.Delivery> was super fast thanks to amazon prime benefits: same day by 6pm.
