The brush on the side goes round and round
First note that this comes from China, and so the delivery will not be quick. That's the only down side, and it isn't really an issue unless you absolutely must have it in less than 2 weeks. Item itself comes with a small screwdriver so you don't even need to go looking for one. Fitted in about 3 minutes and worked without issue.

Item lasted 11 months
I ordered this item in January 2022 to replace the original part which had failed. Fitting was straightforwards and item worked well for 11 months. The Item failed due to plastic wearing on final plastic drive cog. The original equipment failed after many years due to the middle drive cog losing a tooth. Although frustrating I think I just have to treat these items as consumables.
