Love this mirror and magnifying ability with light

I bought this for my Wife to replace a mirror that was held onto the bathroom mirror with a suction cup, that mirror fell off several times and broke. This one mounts securely to the wall and is a very nice mirror.Only complaint is the light is very bright, sometimes to bright. A dimmer would be nice.

I like this mirror a lot. The light is plenty bright, both mirrors are very clear. It is sturdy and was easy to mount. Only faults is that it goes through batteries fairly quickly (not horrible though - maybe a set per month) and it is not well balanced. Be sure to mount at exactly the height of your face because it won't stay in position when tilted. Overall, decent and I would recommend it with those two caveats.

This item was perfect for my bathroom. It is great size and quality. The magnifying capabilities are perfect...I would love the light to be a little brighter as my bathroom is very dark but for someone with good to great lighting it is perfect with the amount it emits. Its easy to assemble. Definitely use wall anchors so it doesn't pull of the wall if you plan on using it daily like me. Overall, I'm thrilled as it is a fraction of the cost of mirrors much like it sold at other companies.

Half the reviews said good light. Half said it wasn't as bright as wanted. I took a $35 risk and definitely happy I did. I really didn't want the cord and I wanted the brightness and sleekness plus magnification. These are with cheapy batteries which I will be replacing with lithion (higher quality, longer lasting, stronger) to continue to keep the brightness. I showed this alongside my LED mirrors to show the light is JUST as bright and the same level of whiteness (soft white, nice and bright). The sink mirror is up to the 3rd level of light (highest). Could NOT be happier with this product. I have it mounted in the center of the stud. It does NOT move. Quality purchase.

It works well enough for what it is. Its got two clear mirrors although the x10 side is a little difficult to use, I might have tried a x7 or even x5 instead. Its got a light that doesn't do much but its better than nothing. Once mounted, its sturdy enough and we've had no problems with the arm staying where we put it. Maybe a tad on the tight side but I'd rather too tight than too loose and flopping around. Unlike some of the brands this one actually lays flat against the wall which is nice.Update, 9/15: Well, two days past the return window and theres already a problem with it. The thing has already gone through its first set of batteries, maybe its had 2 hours of total use. Its clearly draining the batteries when not in use. Not much to do at this point I guess.The drywall anchors this comes with are junk. I threw them out and used some more sturdy ones. The screws are fine, though. I had doubts about only mounting it with two screws and was going to use a third but the two seem to be fine for now.The back mirror snaps on and off to get to the batteries. It all works...its just cheap. But, its also inexpensive, so all and all I'd say its a good deal and I'd buy it again (and probably will when the LEDs inevitably burn out.) Wife is happy so I'm happy.

The mirror was easy to install, and the light is wonderful, and I love that I can pull it out and tip it to get the perfect angle and distance. I really like the 10x magnification for things like tweezing eyebrows--to those who had issues, it was probably because you have to be really close (less than 4" away) to see clearly. The first time I used it, the time I took tweezing was double the usual, but that was because I could see so many more strays! On the other hand, I do not like it as well for putting on makeup (except for eye liner-works great for that!) because I am so close to the mirror and can't see my whole face at one time, hence the 4 1/2 stars.. In an ideal world, I would love to find a mirror that is 3x magnification on one side and 10x on the other, because I already have a "normal" reflection in my bathroom mirror.

With all the lighted magnifying mirrors out there I waded through tons of reviews and it was tough to make a decision. Many were to expensive or ugly and then there were such differing opinions on what constitutes a "bright" light and if it's easy to install.-- This one is good. --The light is bright enough and the magnification level is high so I do not need my glasses to apply makeup or pluck eyebrows.I installed it myself. I made absolutely sure exactly how high I wanted it so it was at custom height for ME, since it's mine. I marked the wall with a pencil and put it up. Took maybe 5 minutes and it's not falling off. Maybe if I grabbed the arm it would but that is not going to happen.I am happy with my purchase.-- Recommended. --
