Good price but better option for working on cars
This light is good for the price but no match to the similar Stalwart CREE LED Work Light sold here on Amazon. It does put out a decent amount of light, the magnet is strong, and will hold when mounted upside down. An 18650 lithium battery fits nicely and provides as much light as the three included AAA batteries. But it lacks several features of the Stalwart:The stalwart has a much longer goose neck that allows you to snake it around objects. This comes in very handy when working on cars. The stalwart accepts the 26650 lithium battery with more than twice the charge capacity of the 18650.The stalwart has two strong magnets. One on the end and another around the body that allows you to mount the light on its side. The side magnet can also be removed if not needed. But the biggest difference is that the Stalwart is much, much brighter. That alone makes it better. If you work on cars, the Stalwart is more expensive but worth it.

BEST DISCO BALL LIGHT !!
I’ve had so many disappointments while trying to buy a light for my disco ball. These are perfect. They can be up to about 10-15 ft from my 10” disco ball without the spot light being too large. The magnets are so strong it can hang from the metal on a drop ceiling or magnet onto a screw in drywall. 10/10 best purchase in a long time.

A must have for the shop
I am a wood turner. I was working on a deep vase, and this gave me the brightness and light I needed. It stayed in the exact place and didn’t move.

Incredible work light -- glue the magnet on before using
This shop light has a major flaw -- the magnet is not reliably attached to the base. Once I glued it in place with CA glue, the light has become a favorite tool in the shop. I can attach it upside down to my bandsaw and adjust the light directly on the workspace. It works perfectly once the magnet is properly secured. Why this cannot be done in the original product isn't clear. I gave it 4/5 stars because the fix is easy, and it works well once fixed. I will buy this light again.

Perfect for my intended use! 🪩
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my disco ball because you can focus the beam which is exactly what I needed. You can also unscrew the lens so I found that there is enough space between the lens cap and the LED bulb to fit a film or colored piece of plastic lens in order to change from white light to any desired color. The light is SUPER bright, long lasting, and the magnetic base secures it to my metal table underneath the disco ball. Absolutely perfect for my needs!

Bright, Great Magnet, Terrible Balance if not on metal
Overall, I knew getting this was going to be questionable. Hoping to use this to light up the fasteners holding a toilet seat down. Like most bathrooms, floor is NOT metal, nor is toilet. While the light is bright, balance is going to be difficult. While it will stand on the base, the base is only about 1-1/4" diameter. With the head fairly heavy, you can't adjust the light very far until it tips over. While it will work, lying down and twisted about, this is really meant to work on a metal table or some such.A new addition since the pictures is a label along the bottom, just above the battery cap. Given the second from last picture, I'm guessing many have complained that the light doesn't work because they didn't take the battery protector out. They've now added tape along the base to say to add take the plastic battery protector out. That would be fine, but they used an extremely sticky tape, that tears. Pretty much impossible to take the tape off cleanly! Personally, I expected it to just be a paper ring. Please, use paper or at least a tape that's removable. I could see the remains of the tape around for decades, assuming the flashlight will survive for decades!

Perfect for my woodshop
Theses magnetic based lights work out perfectly in my woodshop. The magnetic base is strong enough to hold the light at any position and the flexible neck stays in position. Perfect for attaching to bandsaws and other equipment where you may need more light.

Excellent little light with a strong magnet
I bought this to use while TIG welding and it works exactly as I'd hoped. The magnet is strong and will hold the light solidly, even when horizontal. The gooseneck can be bent to shine the light exactly where you want it, and stays there. I don't use the adjustable beam that often but it works great when I do. I always keep some rechargeable batteries on the charger so I can swap them in when the batteries start to run low.
