I bought a police ride car for my 4-year's old child for his Christmas present; The package was delivered in a few days. First time opening box, materials were well packed with packing materials.During assembly, discovered there were minor discrepancy from parts came in against from an instruction manual; Overall the first assembly took a little bit longer than I expected because carefully review each parts with part list shown in manual to verify no missing parts.Unfortunately, after car assembly with charing battery per instruction; was not able to start the car because no power was present.I was considered returning the defact; however a customer representative responded pretty much in the same day or next day when sent a message each time.They shipped a replacement in few days.Since it was the 2nd time of car assembly, it took much quicker to assemble the replacement car.My child has satisfied his first driving test in court yard; and I am glad my child is excited and enjoying driving the car.Overall the police ride car is excellent for both interior and exterior (This is why it was attracted for me to order). Performance is great; detailed light and function of the police siren is quite detailed design.It supports two speeds (low and high speed) for safety to a child who wants to drive slow; but also extends the adventure if they want to drive a little bit faster.The most I satisfy the store is the excellent customer care and service; they responds messages immediately and consider the most customer's satisfaction.

DO NOT BUY! We ordered this for my son’s birthday and were not even able to complete step one of the assembly. The front axle is too long, so the holes on the axle do not line up with the holes on the car where it is should attach. It’s literally impossible to align. We’ve requested a return and were told we had to pay shipping. We explained the car is defective and sent pictures. The response was that we tried to assemble it incorrectly and to turn the axle over. We explained that we did attempt to assemble correctly with the axle in the correct position. They again responded, this time saying to just flip the axle 180° (place left side on right and right side on left). How can I make it more clear that won’t work? THE AXLE IS SIMPLY TOO LONG. The axle is metal; the car is hard plastic. There is no give. There is no “squeezing” it in. There is no way to turn/flip/position the axle to make it fit. If there was, we would have done it. The last thing we wanted was to not be able to give my son his birthday present on time.

This is the cutest little police car. The ability to connect wireless to my phone for music is so amusing (to my kiddo anyways!) The battery life is great and the fact that it has a slow and fast speed is perfect for kids learning to drive!

My 5yr old thinks this is the coolest thing ever, but he can only drive it for a little while, because it has so many electronics on top of dual motors ...and a 12v battery.My daughter has a pink silverado that runs circles around this thing and the battery lasts 3x longer. It has one motor and a 12v battery.You would think that with so many electronics and dual motors that this would have come with a 24v battery...Even with the dual motors pushing this thing, simultaneously, it still gets stuck in the grass. ...it gets stuck because the wheels are so small. Again, my daughter has a single motor pink silverado.... it has bigger wheels and doesn't get stuck.The steering is a little difficult for him to turn...I do love the lights and siren as well as the loudspeaker. My son absolutely loves it, he just gets frustrated when he gets stuck and/or it dies in such a short amount of time and his sister is still running around with nearly full battery power..

Great vehicle for kids. My son is 4 and loves it. Also, love if vehicle has any issues seller is fast to reply and send replacements as well. So glad we chose this company

My grandkids love this! It arrived very quickly and works as it should. The assembly instructions are a pretty poor Chinese to English translation, but luckily it's not too difficult to figure out.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this car less than an year ago but already car broke. It started driving very slow after initial few weeks., we thought may be it needs to be charged. Later found that battery was defective to start with as it never used to hold the charge for more than couple hours even when not used, We contacted seller, seller didn't take responsibility. Later contacted the manufacturer Joyldias who boasts 1 year warranty on all products on their website. But they are asking for money to send a new battery. There is no phone number to contact, they won't reply to emails promptly.. pathetic customer service, poor products, Fake warranty advertisements!! DONT BUY!!
